Satisfaction Guarantee
We stock quality pool and spa products and are confident that you will be very pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied please return it to us for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the purchase date. The refund will cover the purchase price of the returned product, including return shipping.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
We take full responsibility for the safe arrival of the products that you order from us. We will replace at our expense any product that is damaged during transit, is the incorrect product or is deemed defective during manufacturing.
Conditions:
- You must contact us within 7 days of the date the product was received.
- The product must be returned in the same conditions it was received.
- Products damaged because of incorrect use, negligence or misuse will not be accepted.
- All components, accessories and original packaging must be returned.
- A copy of the original receipt must be included with the return.

Steps to return a product:
To return a product simply follow the steps below:
- Call, email, or Contact Us to discuss your concern.
- A pre-paid courier label will be sent to you via email for the return.
- Pack the product in the original packaging and include all of its components and accessories as well as a copy of the original receipt.
- The label will be addressed as follows:
Pool and Spa Masters, c/- PoolQuip, 20 Ascot Road, Mangere, Auckland 2022.
- Notify us that the parcel is ready for collection so that we may arrange the courier to visit.
- Once your product is received, the return will be processed within 5 business days and a refund or exchange will be issued. Refunds will be issued via internet banking.
