Product Description
Correct balance of chemical factors such as total alkalinity, pH and calcium, is needed for your sanitiser to work effectively and efficiently, the water to be pleasant to swim in, and to prevent scaling or corrosion of the pool surface and equipment.
Hydrochloric Acid is also known as Muriatic Acid or Spirits of Salts, can be used to reduce the pH and total alkalinity of swimming pools via an automated acid feeder or manual application.
Directions:
Pool water should be kept with a pH between 7.2 and 7.6. Testing pH should be a part of regular water testing. Use Pool Master pH Decrease when the water pH rises higher than 7.6. Symptoms of a high pH include increased chlorine consumption, acceleration of algae growth and possible skin irritation.
Connect to automatic feeder or mix in a bucket of water and then add the solution evenly into the pool at the return jets with pump running.
